SHIPPING INFORMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Be sure to read the Shipping and Return Policy located on the product page as the Shipping time frame and available methods may vary from CICOM SHOP’s typical methods. To note, FP Additions are only available to ship within the Continental US.
Items will ship directly to you from the seller and normally ship out within 48 hours after the order has been placed.
To track your order, simply locate the tracking information which can be found on your Shipping Confirmation email, in your Order History online, or use our Order Status tool.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card's issuing bank.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns must be made directly to the seller. FP Additions cannot be returned to CICOM SHOP stores or to CICOM SHOP's warehouse. If your item is eligible for return, a pre-paid return label will be included in all packages and should be used to return your item. We do not offer exchanges at this time, however please return the item and place a new order for a different size or color.
